Joint letter sent to the Palestinian authorities in the West Bank and Gaza; Calling for immediate commencement of internal investigations in compliance with UN GA Resolution

On 14 January 2010, a joint letter was sent in the name of Palestinian non-governmental organisations to the Palestinian Authority in the Westbank and the de facto government of Hamas in the Gaza Strip, urging both authorities to immediately commence
