Human Rights Council 16th Session – “Discussing the Human rights situation in Palestine & other occupied Arab territories (Item 7)”

Al-Haq, along with other Palestinian organisations has been actively advocating the Human Rights Council – 16th Session for the immediate recourse to international justice mechanisms for victims of the Gaza conflict.

Al-Haq called on the Human Rights Council to urge the General Assembly to promptly implement the Fact-Finding Mission’s recommendations, including submitting the Report to the Security Council for a Chapter VII referral to the International Criminal Court.
