The Special Representative of the Secretary General on Human Rights Defenders, Dr. Hina Jilani, visited Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territories in Ooctober 2005. During her mission she visited Al-Haq‘s administratively detained fieldworker, Ziyad Hmeidan, and makes specific reference to his case in her mission report.
